In March, I completed two intense shoots\u2014one featuring a pair of twins (technically triplets, though the third was absent), shaped by a background of strict homophobia. Their gestures, at first tense and guarded, slowly revealed a quiet defiance and a complicated tenderness I hadn\u2019t anticipated.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"876\">These final sessions mark the conclusion of a two-year journey\u2014an evolving project that will culminate in <strong><em data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"644\">Skin and Under<\/em><\/strong>, the book. What started as a 156-page layout slowly expanded as the images and stories accumulated. It grew to 200, and, according to the latest from the talented graphic designers working on it\u2026 we\u2019re now heading toward 250 pages.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"878\" data-end=\"1319\">I\u2019m also sharing selections from my February 2025 trip across Colombia\u2019s Andes. For 15 days, I worked at 3,010 meters above sea level in shifting landscapes of cloud forests, rivers, and waterfalls. From <strong>Bogot\u00e1<\/strong> and <strong>Suesca<\/strong> to <strong>Pereira<\/strong> and the lush <strong>Cocora Valley<\/strong>, then onward to <strong>Medell\u00edn<\/strong> and the raw terrain of <strong>Eastern Antioquia<\/strong> and <strong>Santo Domingo<\/strong>, I photographed three different groups of models\u2014each location with its own mood, its own breath.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1500\">These new works are fragments of those encounters\u2014of the tension, beauty, and layered stories that surfaced when the camera stopped being a barrier and became, instead, a witness.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-5b3a61d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"5b3a61d\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3e79f31\" data-id=\"3e79f31\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>January-March 2025 The journey has ended, but the images remain.What began as an exploration of youth, masculinity, and silence unfolded into something far more intimate.
